the staff seemed unhelpful during check-in. i felt i should have been told where the cab was being booked from because i was unknowingly charged an extra fee before the cab even arrived (it was for the cab's journey to the resort). the room i had booked months in advance had a poor sea view, even though i paid for one of the best rooms. it.

sunny stay!
quiet location perfect beach definite bonus
i really appreciated how quiet and private the location was! the beach was perfect, especially since i was travelling with kids. the private parking was also a great plus.
the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, a bit of a letdown after a long day.

the staff provided fresh baked goods each morning in the small shop. the local cafe was a short walk away, giving easy access to everything i needed! the tram stop nearby was a huge convenience.

the hotel is right on a quiet sandy beach, great. a short walk took me to a tram stop, i traveled along the coast easily! this allowed me to explore nearby areas.

the apartment was clean and spacious! it had a beautiful sea view from the terrace. the kitchen was well equipped, and the welcome package with coffee and tea was a nice touch.

amazing stay by the sea
friendly staff clean resort amazing view
This was my second time at this hotel and i loved it. the staff was friendly and helpful, even when i practiced my spanish. They were patient and corrected my mistakes. the resort was clean, and the beach area was well kept. it was a gem of a place, we loved the soft beach. but the view was amazing!
i found that the bar did not have options for allergies. groceries required a 30-minute tram ride, a bit inconvenient. i think allergy accommodations and easier grocery access would be beneficial. still we had a great experience

the hotel had a spa available, a great addition to the overall experience. the tram stop was a short five-minute walk away, giving easy access to other areas. the hotel also has its own private beach.

the location offered really good views and easy access to the beach, and the area was tranquil. air conditioning worked well. there were walkable roads, even though the area is hilly. local bus transportation is available outside the resort.

the room's kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. there is a restaurant on site, but families with small children should note that dinner service begins at 7:30 pm. trams run regularly, should you wish to go further afield.
